Below is a listing of the unadjusted ballpark ratings for all OOSL and American Association parks -- as well as the selections for the 1999 season. First, here are the rules for ballparks in both leagues, taken directly from the OOSL Constitution:

X. Ballparks

A. Each team has a historical ballpark which is affiliated with the city that team currently resides in and was used in the actual history of their franchise.

B. A team can switch to a different historical ballpark in their home city, but must remain in the same ballpark for at least three seasons after changing from one to another.

C. Each ballpark has been assigned a historical rating to reflect the effect that park had on hitters over its history.

D. Team owners can elect to "move the fences" a bit: any of the four ballpark components can be moved up to two (2) numbers in either direction away from the historical assignment.

E. Teams that share a ballpark with a team in the other league can only change ballparks or shift their existing ballpark if the other team using the ballpark agrees.
